These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Silver Sydney Taxi website and booking service. By booking with us or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Our service

Silver Sydney Taxi provides taxi and airport transfer bookings across Sydney and its suburbs, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Bookings

A booking made through this website or by phone is a request for a taxi. Your booking is confirmed once we contact you to confirm the details. We will do our best to meet your requested time and vehicle, subject to availability.

Fares and payment

Our fares are fixed and include tolls and GST, as quoted or confirmed at the time of booking, with no surge pricing. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is made directly to the driver. We do not take online payment through this website.

Changes and cancellations

Please tell us as early as possible if your plans change. We do not charge for reasonable changes or cancellations made with adequate notice.

Your responsibilities

• be ready at the agreed pickup time and place; and
• treat our drivers and vehicles with care and respect.

Our responsibilities

We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for delays, missed connections, or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as traffic, weather, road closures, or incorrect details provided to us.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when they were last changed, and continued use of our service means you accept the current version.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
